I’m so happy you’re here! I’m Erin, a passionate event coordinator with 7+ years of experience within the events industry. Whether you are planning a large or small scale event, I’m your girl! 

 

I’m a proud graduate from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management with an emphasis in event planning.

 

Past experience - 

During college, I was the event coordinator for ShowSpan in Grand Rapids, MI planning the Michigan International Auto Show, the Grand Rapids Wine, Beer & Food Festival and the Cottage & Lakefront Living Show. I coordinated vendors, entertainment, volunteers, seminar speakers, and managed all elements of the planning process for each event. This is when my passion for live events began to spark! 

 

After college, I graduated and started two days later planning corporate events and over 80 tradeshows a year for a technology company. I am experienced in booth design for all sizes of booths from 10x10 spaces to 50x80 spaces, I have done it all! I have planned and executed events with over 1,000 attendees and have even rented out the entire Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA for an event. One of the coolest experiences in my career! 

 

From my experience, I have learned that the events industry is fast-paced and ever-changing. I have learned to adapt quickly and handle any situation that comes my way. My goal is to plan your event down to every last detail to make your special day seamless and stress free!
